Hi. I just replaced an old Timeport with a v710 today and am attempting
to get contacts from my iBook onto the phone. I have the USB cable, so
it should just work. Well, it didn't work, then it worked ONE time,
and now it won't work again. I didn't do anything special. I've tried
rebooting, relaunching both iSync and Address Book (or leaving Address
Book not running) turning phone off and on, etc etc.

This is the error I'm getting:

1:40:34 AM Error |V710| Cannot get full address book
1:40:34 AM Error Conduit V710 generated exception
NSSyncConduitException: Cannot get full address book.
1:40:34 AM Error can't connect to the device to synchronize V710.

Any help would be much appreciated! TIA!

-emiLy, who loved the Timeport just fine, but dropped it in the toilet
and fidgeted with it until I completely fried it. I COULD have gotten
my numbers off of it if I had just left it alone! But the v710 is
pretty cool, since I don't really care about Bluetooth. Verizon has
gotten my entire family - we're all subscribed and "IN" and now I won't
be left out of the picture sending frenzy.
