It sounds more like a heat issue. Are you using anything to monitor your temps? Also can you show us your power supply brand and how many watts it is. Also what is your graphic card. Please re post

yes, the Asus suite, the CPU went up to 73ºC while playing Skyrim, the PC freezes while playing LOL and Trine 2 with horizontal lines after a while, lets say from 10 to 30 mins...

Can it be the ram? i'm using low profile Corsair rams, those with small heat sinks running at 1.5v, they were at 1600 but after that I decided to make them run at 1300 I haven't tested since then i'm afraid to burn something.

I'm using a Corsair tx750watts v2
the graphics is the Integrated with the CPU, intel hd 3000.

im sure its the heat causing it. just get a 200 series nvidia card if you have the funds and not only will graphics look better than intigrated but you will not have all that extra cpu stress. or your cases exhaust sucks, what case you have? home built or factory?

Cooler Master Storm Enforcer is the case, 20cm fan in front and i think a 12 or 8 in the back, i'll buy the 20cm one from the top when I can...

if you think it's ram have you checked that it's running hot? reading your post you've downclocked it, so there's no way it'd be overheating.

As already recommended above, get a dedicated GPU and see how that goes.

You need to run Mem test to see if it is your ram. I will give you a link. Why did you down clock them? Were they running to hot or something? Try pulling and alternating them and try one at a time first then run Memtest

Your PSU is fine. You are playing Skyrim on a integrated GPU? Wow now you could have overheated your onboard GPU. So now when it gets hot it does what you described to us.

Also you could have burned your Ram so you need to check it. I would think you should get a new GPU to put in your rig first before fans. If we new all of your specs and your budget we could recomend a GPU.

I am also giving you a link to MSI Afterburner to help you in your monitoring your graphics temp and frame rates plus it will do more for you than just that. Here are also some more links to help monitor your rig.
