While it may be hard adjusting to the new interface of Microsoft Office Standard 2010, Classic Menu is a program that simplifies its usage by showing classic menus. The Classic Menu  adds a "Menu" tab in the ribbon, allowing you to work as if you were using Microsoft Office 2003. It still provides use of the new functions such as Sparklines for Excel 2010.
