Addresses

You get to this overview screen by pressing the button "Address" in the start menu of the Palm.


Tapping on the name with the stylus takes you to the complete data set of an address entry.

Because the Palm screen is too small, you need to tap on "v" at the bottom right to see the second part of the entry.

You can store a note with every address entry (see button with the same name in the picture above). Here you can for example store the name of the wife, children or a birthday.

The included software Hotsync and PocketMirror lets you synchronize address entries from Outlook or Outlook Express with the Palm. We will get to that later. There are also conduits for data synchronization available for other organizer software like Lotus Notes or Lotus Organizer.
