Team Fortress 2 all the way. Quake Wars would have taken the cake, but the idea and gameplay behind TF2 is so original and elegantly simple that it can yield hours and hours of fun. It reminds me of Mario, another game whose cartoonish style gave kids and adults weekends full of fun together.
