As a veteran MMO player, I know what it's like to constantly have to shift from mouse to keyboard to hit your hotkeys. It's a pain, especially in a chaotic scenario. I used to be a high-end raider in EverQuest, when 50 people are all fighting one monster and Internet lag. I had all kinds of hotkeys set up and it was not uncommon to miss a key jumping from the mouse.
