Garmin’s pinpoint accuracy has found a new use when you lose track of Spot at the park. Just slide the small rugged DC 30 collar ($600) onto your pup’s neck and track away – the antenna is weighted to always point to the sky. Although this system is designed for hunters and hikers whose dogs wander far afield, it could be equally useful for owners whose pups never really learned the meaning of "come." Every five seconds, the dog’s device transmits a signal to a handheld gadget, allowing you to track his speed and direction. The device will even tell you if your pooch is running, sitting or pointing to prey – maybe even if he found that old tennis ball in the woods.

Am I the only one that thought it said 'Pot-Friendly Tech Gifts'?

Hamster obesity epidemic, lol. Turn off the TV and stop feeding them those "yogurt treats".

Imagine being the poor cat that gets left inside with that electronic door. Every time it sees another cat go through it's going to try, and get rejected. Talk about emotional problems.

After installing the door it won't work. I called for support and they said you have to get the disk within less than one inch from the door to trigger the release. That is a physiological impossibly. It would require that the cat take the disk with his paw and put it within one inch of the door. Unfortunately he has no thumbs. Can anyone help?
