10. Pet Peek

Pet Peek’s slogan is “every dog should have a point of view” – and cutting a pizza-sized hole in your fence so your pup can peek out would certainly make a statement to your neighborhood. The idea behind the transparent dome you install in your fence ($29.98) is that dogs are naturally curious, and some of the bad fence behaviors like barking and digging could be stopped if your pup can see the world beyond the yard. Hence, the viewing dome that is the Pet Peek. Personally, I think it would be even better if the dog’s face were enlarged to those viewing from the other side – your toy chihuahua could look like Clifford the Big Red Dog. Hamster obesity epidemic, lol. Turn off the TV and stop feeding them those "yogurt treats".

Imagine being the poor cat that gets left inside with that electronic door. Every time it sees another cat go through it's going to try, and get rejected. Talk about emotional problems.

After installing the door it won't work. I called for support and they said you have to get the disk within less than one inch from the door to trigger the release. That is a physiological impossibly. It would require that the cat take the disk with his paw and put it within one inch of the door. Unfortunately he has no thumbs. Can anyone help?
