Meet the Rest of Our Holiday Gift Guide Models
We get by with a little help from our elves...
When it comes to the long and arduous process of selecting products for our gift guides, we're dab hands. However, when it comes to presenting those toys to you, it's safer to let professionals handle things. Earlier this week we introduced you to the lovely Carlyn, one of our helpful little elves that lent a hand during our annual Holiday Gift Guide photo shoot.
However, Carlyn wasn't the only lovely lady that helped us with all those too-hot-to-handle gadgets. Michelle and Jennifer were also on hand to model some of the great products we've selected for you guys this year. The first of our guides will arrive on Monday, but we thought you might like to meet Santa's little helpers before you start in on some serious online shopping. Here are some behind-the-scenes shots that the Tom's staff snagged while the models were working:

Well, njt, there HAS been some discussion around the office about this, but ultimately it came down to budget. This is certainly not an egalitarian gift guide. But rest assured, Jane and I are pretty much up in arms about it, though.

Well, njt, there HAS been some discussion around the office about this, but ultimately it came down to budget.
It's true, none of the Tom's Hardware men will put on an elf costume for less than $10K per day. More if they have to wear the shoes with the little bells on the toesies.

I think we're more after "I'm not so sure about this, but in any case you should buy this laptop!" That would be cute.
...personally, I think that you get assigned all these model/booth babe/etc. articles for these extra comments that roll in from drooling computer geeks saying they wish you'd get in front of the lens more. I'm not complaining though; most any other time we might compliment a tech and/or gaming woman on the Internet it turns out to be a dude, who just wanted the best players on his team.
