Anyone here using the Mobile Email and Desktop Assistant?

I am using them but I am having one problem.
I am using Outlook 2003 with multiple POP accounts.
Outlook needs to be open and the Desktop Assistant needs to be running so
access to my email and contacts on my computer can be accessed from my i730.
The problem is that I cannot change Outlook Profiles.
The Desktop Assistant only lists one profile.
I have created another profile in Outlook for my mail but cannot change it
in the Desktop Assistant.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried to edit the profile settings in
Regedit (put settings back since no change), but cannot change profiles.
I have called Nextel customer service, but got nowhere. I was escalated
through at least 4 levels of service.
The last person told me that my setup should not work because it only works
with Outlook that is configured as an Exchange client.
My setup works perfectly with access to my email, contacts and calendar as
if I was on my computer. I can send and receive email from my phone and the
sent mail shows up in my sent items folder in Outlook.

I think there is a fault in the Desktop Assistant program that will not
recognize any other profiles on Outlook.

Any one else using this and having any problems?

I can't even get it to do the first time configuration of my account.
I have called at least 12 time and has it escalated all the way to the
vendor of the software. No one seems to know anyting or how to fix
it. It is clearly an issue with my email/Nextel account as I have
tried it on several computers, etc.

I have given up; just glad it is not all that important to me as
Nextel can't seem to get it working!
