Not sure which phoe you have.

It could mean that no network have accepted you SIM for service.

Or it could mean that you have tried to insert a SIM from a network provider
that your phone was configured to lock out.

If it's a Fido phone it usually means you don't have any Fido signal but
you do have Rogers. Since you can't roam on Rogers with your Fido you get
the "no access" message. On older phones you might also see "911 only".

Two possible reasons:

1) Your SIM is invalid. Try the SIM in another phone, or try another SIM
in that phone.

2) The phone's IMEI is blacklisted, reported stolen. The original owner
would have to report the phone as 'found' for the SPs to remove it from
their blacklists. Else chuck it in the bin, or give it to the police.
