Voicemail Keeps Coming Back

I keep getting voicemail that I deleted (with "7" key). Have gotten the same
message 4 times, several days apart. What is really weird is that it is a
voicemail that I left on SOMEONE ELSE's phone (i.e., I called him and left a
message, but now that message keeps resurfacing on MY phone). Any
suggestions?

Call Tech Support and have them clear it in the switch. Those ghost
messages do happen on occasion. Also I have been told to simply turn
off the device and let it stand for a few minutes as off then turn the
phone back on. But this also may have done the trick.

This is getting ridiculous. I did those things and also reported it as a
problem. So, what happens? This morning, I get THREE instead of one. It is a
nuisance. It also uses minutes, right?
