V220 phone pictures

Just got a V220 and am playing with it. Use a camera to document my work.
Have just about got it all figured out, despite directions. However they say
you can put a photo, picture or animation as wallpaper. I have downloaded a
GIF animation but it does not animate on the wallpaper. It does animate when
viewed as a picture. Any ideas ?

Animation will only work when the gif is set as a screensaver.
