No, only Tracfone. The tracfone has special software that only works with
their prepaid service. Tracfone does use verizon and cingular networks to
provide the service. Guess it is possible to load different software , and
change the esn.

The V60 is either a GSM or CDMA or TDMA phone the CDMA version is the only
one that could work with Verizon.
