MSISDN

Hello,
Is MSISDN number same as the ten digit mobile number.
Example- 9968006390 is my number and my country code is +91 then the ten digit mobile number is MSISDN number or the number with the country cide followed by the ten digit mobile number(in total 12 digits) ?

Not always, in-fact, most of the time it's not the same as the phone number. I've only seen one case where it was the same out of probably 30+ devices I have setup.
