Icons DLL for pocketPC

1. Where do I find icon-dll's that can be used on the PocketPC (to link to a
folder through "icon.lnk" ; or to use as replacement in cLaunch, etc.)
2. How can I make such icons-DLL's to be used on my PocketPC ?

You can use http/www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/
You create a text file with

30#"\Windows\FolderIcons.dll,-107"

-107 being the number of the icon you want. then you rename from .txt to
..lnk and put in the folder whos icon you ant to change.

this already helps a bit...
But HOW can I make a iconlibrary (DLL), starting from the *.ICO 's I have on
my Desktop, so that I can use this new *.DLL on my Pocket PC ?
