Hi All

I am struggling a bit with this one - any advice please...

When I connect my iPaq either with a modem dialup or via active sync to the
internet. IE and MSN messenger do not work.

I know I am connected because I can download me pop3 email and download AV
definitions. But IE just doesn't even seam to try and load any pages and MSN
give me error saying the service is unavailable. (MSN has got the latest
patch from MS)

Any one got any suggestions ? I would much appreciate it. And it could well
stop me having a violent episode and seeing how far ipaq will fly !

Cheers
Ben

You could try running welcome.exe in the Windows directory of your
Pocket PC. It runs the sequence you find after a hard reset (without
hard resetting your device) and sometimes cures problems like this
with PIE.
