Hi,
are there any good uninstall apps for PPC 2003? I have an application which
I uninstalled and it does not want to remove itself (accidently did a double
install and when I uninstalled the app it only removed one version). The app
is OmegaOne 1-Pass.
TIA
Patrick

When reinstalled it should just overwrite existing files unless you choose a
different install directory. If you left the defaults it should be removed
properly but some programs leave some may bits and pieces, eg if you have
created your own links to the program.
If it is a memory resident program (starts up automatically even after a
soft reset) there will be parts of the program in use so they can't be
deleted. Stop it running first then uninstall.

A quick look at omega ones site says there is a forum for this program. That
would seem to be the place that would know, why not look/ask there?

Have a look at SKTools (http://www.s-k-tools.com/). This tool includes many
possibilities to clean your system after having removed applications and
even the possibiliy to let SKTools uninstall your application by it's own.
I tested the application for a few days and it always did a very good job.
