Is it possible to change language on Medion PPC?

Friend bought MEDION MD41800 PocktePC 2003 from Spain and language is Spain
at PPC. Is it possible to change language to english? Flashing ROM with
engllish language?

Yes but probably the flasher is locket not to allow other language flashing.
You will have to find a way of cracking this.
