Does anyone know if there is a way to configure a PocketPC mobile device to
receive and send e-mail through a Blackberry server?

My company supports Blackberry e-mail, but not just plain POP mail. I have
a PocketPC phone and would rather not switch to a Blackberry device.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

There were one or two ppc blackberry mail client "announcements" that
surfaced several months ago, but can't remember if they were actually
released... suggest a google for POCKETPC BLACKBERRY then select the
"did you mean..." for more results.

Blackberry has announced "Blackberry Connect," but it doesn't appear to be
out yet.
