Does it not have a reset button?

On the left hand side of the device about 1/4 up from the bottom there is a
small hole, use the tip of your stylus to push this in.

Believe it or not, "the reset" button (or the hole) does not work most of
the time.

I love 6315. :(

Thanks

This varies with mfg/model, but if it doesn't work with the stylus tip,
try using a toothpick or similar sized probe.

Some models (such as the i700) have holes too small for the stylus
tip... in those models, one end of the stylus normally screws off to
expose a "reset pin" that will fit the hole.

An alternative is to use a software program that performs a soft reset.
I use Softreset, a free one.
