Psion to Packet PC conversion

Is there any way of converting back-up copies of files created on a Psion
5mx and held on my PC and a Compact flash card to Pocket PC format?

Install Psiwin. It comes with a conversion tool that will convert most
file types into something more useful to a pocket pc.
