keyboard projected onto table etc

Some months ago I saw a review of a device which projects a keyboard onto
the desk etc you are working from and it works with PDAs.

So you are typing onto lights (keys) projected onto a flat surface and the
device sends the keystrokes to a phone or PDA.

But I do not see these for sale in my usual shops on the net. Any idea who
is selling such items? Are they better that a fold up keyboard?

Expansys have them. Not sure how good they are.
