Can I make a Letter Recognizer my default input method? I am getting
tired of switching from keyboard all the time.

Familiar with the registry? Use a registry editor and navigate to
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sip\ and change DefaultIm to
{42429690-ae04-11d0-a4f8-00aa00a749b9}

Note that if you're not familiar with the registry, you should refrain
from doing this, as it carries great risks. Also, this registry tweak
will only work with an English ROM.

That seems to have done it. Thanks, Darius. If MS is listening, that
should be an option you can set.

There should be 45 tweaks and you want the one that says "024: Set
Letter Recogniser as Default."

Get PocketTweak, free at http://www.tillanosoft.com/ce/ptweak.html

It will create a new icon on Start | Settings | System. Change this using
this panel (and more!)

I don't typically download something until I know for sure it will do
what I need. There is a risk every time you install software.

Ah! That explains it! You originally had the wrong URL.
