Alternative to contacts app?

Any suggestions for a quick and easy replacement, that just deals with
contacts, and more importantly, is able to find text in any field?
I really miss the ease of doing things like this on my old Psion
3a.....

I like Pocket Informant, it's a real improvement to the diary
altogether and has better a contacts section. You can download a pdf
manual (read it first) and get a months trial.

I find it better than the 3,3a,5mx equivalents after getting used to
it.

Try Pocket Informnant www.pocketgear.com Not certain if you can do the
find text, but it does allow you to schedule an appointment w/a contact
by clicking on the contact and then 'NEW APPOINTMENT'.
