Sorry - there isn't one on the built in QWERTY keyboard. Some third
party keyboards, like the one at www.fitaly.com have it.

<Esc> is <Ctrl-[>

Doesn't seem to work. When I'm tying in a spreadsheet and I make a
mistake, I want to ESC but the Ctri-[ does not bring me out of edit
mode and clear the cell.

Doesn't surprise me... since it's not a standard key on the ppc
keyboard, I would expect the few if any ppc apps would impliment the
keystroke.

<Esc> is often needed when working on remote systems, so that is where
the need for <Ctrl-[> comes in.

double tap <backspace> works to clear a cell and <ctrl-z> reverts it.

That is mainly for terminal windows and such. FITALY has an ESC key
and AFAIK, it works on all Pocket PC apps, so ESC is recognized, just
not the hokey CTRL sequence.
