Has anyone heard when Mozilla is going to come out with
mini-mo?

Can't wait!

Don't know, but you can try the beta (said to be pretty unstable, so
make a backup). There's a precompiled version available here:
<http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=6097>
<http://www.meer.net/~dougt/minimo_ce/MinimoCE_0.002.zip>

It seems the latter is an open directory and 0.004 can also be
downloaded: <http://www.meer.net/~dougt/minimo_ce/MinimoCE_0.004.zip>

Haven't tried it myself though...

Thanks for the info!! I'll take note of the addresses,
and keep updated - not too sure I want to take the chance
on the beta just yet...

I've read a posting of somebody (experienced moderator on a webforum)
who tried it, but he wasn't impressed. It's pretty big (about 15 MiB)
and it didn't crash, but he /did/ advise to make a backup. ;-)

I sent an email to mozilla.org via the website regarding a pocket
version of FireFox, the reply didn't state when, but that it was being
developed. If you check the website, you should be able to find a
contact email there for more specific information.
