Ipaq 214 format?

Hello everyone i'm new here so i'm not sure if i make the right thread.
Ok , i have a HP Ipaq 214 , and its in german , i want to change the language tu english but i can't .
Is there a possibility to format it or i don't know just to put it in english .
This Ipaq runs on windows mobile 6 i think , and german isn't my favorite language so.....

I walked through some menues of it , but i couldn't change the language.

I prefer if is possible to format it .
