My 5800 hangs

i bought a nokia 5800 xprss music a week ago, within last two days my cell hangs for 3times and the only way to make it work again is to remove the battery and then swich on. so if any body knows how to solve this problem plzzzzzz tell me.

is there any way to roll back my cells c: drive? i tried the factory reset but its restore the the last backup taken by me and unfortunately i backdup my c: drive after updating some softwares so now i want my cell to roll back to the first-day when i bought. i think there is only one way if some one who bought a same cell with v40 firmware pre-installed can take back-up his c: drive if there is any other way then plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........ plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............... or send me the back up files as i wrote.

First of all don't post your e-mail in public forums.
I don't have those files but is your phone still under warranty ? if it is then maybe you can tell them and they will revert it back
