Solved! Selling a Verizon Asurion Insurance Phone.

Hello,
I just got a Verizon insurance phone to replace my Droid Incredible I lost 2 months ago. I have not yet even activated the phone. I wish to leave Verizon and get the new i phone. Can I sell this insurance phone on Ebay and use money to pay ETF? or do I have to give phone back to Verizon?

Just to be sure, are you sure that it isn't a loaner phone?

yes, you can do that, as long as you quit your contract (which will be at a fee from $30-350) depending on phone and date. If you have an upgrade, then your plan is up already.
