What happens if your phone doesnt turn on

Hey everyone,
I need help my samsung from t-mobile wont turn on i pluged in the charger and it still wont turn on help please idont know if its cause of the water or something yesterday i droped my phone at the pool nd then this morning it started to work but then it turned of please i need help any advice is usfull please

Chances are that it is from water damage. The thing about water damage is that it can be finicky in regard to how it affects a phone. Your best bet is to place the phone under a fan for a few hours to really dry it out. If it still doesn't work, it's probably done.
