Sim card cloning kit

Hello,
1] Is there a way by which I could findout that my sim card has been fraudulently cloned by somebody.
2] Is it possible for some fraudster who has cloned my sim card to overhear all my conversations.
3] Whom should I approach to prevent someone from cloning my sim card. Is there a preventive mechanism available.

In order to clone a SIM card, someone would have to get their hands on your card. If you want to check, just take a look at your bill. If the usage is through the roof and there are numbers on it that you haven't called, chances are that someone has done so. But I would consider the chances of it occuring very unlikely.
