Hi,why E-63 0r corby Pro is best. I am planning to buy this month.

In your budget, these two phones seem best to me.

E-63 has WLAN, Bluetooth, 3G, 2MP camera, secondary camera, nice audio and a qwerty keypad.

Corby pro is touch screen with a slider QWERTY keypad, all same features as E-63 but better sound quality.
