Re: wap.cingular Internet/MEdia Net message on cell phone that does not have a data package.

This particular phone is accessing the internet but AT&T cannot (or will not) tell me exactly who is on the "receiving" end of a "sent" communication. Average size of data transfer is 38KB.

Besides asking the phone user, how does a person go about finding out where the user is going, i.e., a private email, or is the user just going to some general web surfing "information" sites.

Is there a way to find out what information is being accessed or retrieved from this "pay-per-use" service???

Thank you.

Your best bet would be to get a hold of ATT and see what they have to say, i.e. if you're being charged, etc...
