What is the "everything" that you have tried? Does that mean there is nothing left for any of us here to suggest? Everying is pretty inclusive.

Model and OS version on the phone and your computer operating system will help.

Don't see any Strive models called XP420, but does not look like the Stive can sync to Outlook. This is from Samsung support:

"Thank you for your inquiry.
Your SGH-a687 device is a very basic touch screen device, Samsung does not have a downloadable driver or software that would allow your device to sync with OUTLOOK. The Mass Storage Mode that this device supports with the use of a USB cable and micro SD card is for media files only such as pictures, videos and music and not for calendar sync. I will suggest you to call your Service Provider to check on their side if they do have a driver or software to sync your device with OUTLOOK.
Should this become available, it will be posted on our website in the Samsung Download Center or you will be informed by you Service Provider.
Sincerely,
Technical Support
