How do i find my phone if i lost it

i lost my imate spjas phone.how do i get it

Unless you had specific software on it to track it, wipe it, etc..., your probably out of luck. Your best bet at this point would be to call your carrier and have the service shut off to the phone so you do not incur any ridiculous charges in the event that someone found it and wants to have a little "fun" with it.
