my legends notification screen keeps coming down when i press the screen

Actually not very clear about your question..did you tried to press and hold the icon for a few seonds?

actually what has been happening is the phone keeps freezing even though i only have a 1gb memory card in it and the notification screen keeps coming down when i press any number on the dial pad
