How do i fix a micro sd card that cannot be formatted

Hello,
how do i fix a micro sd card that cannot be formatted? When I put it in an adapter then in my computer, it says that it cant be formatted and that it cant be read. How do I make this card usable again?

has the card ever worked as there are alot of fake sd cards out there that will never work.

if it has worked before have you tried formatting it from within the device.
