My phone wont turn on

Hello,
i went to the beach today & took my phone with me to take pictures i didnt drop it in any water Nor did it touch the water but it got a few drops on it...it didnt react like anything was wrong with it until when it cut off because it went dead instintaly & know it wont cut back on or charge. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

Sounds like the water seep trough to the important component and short circuit.
