How to backup nokia 6600 contacts in nbu format

I have an old nokia 6600 cell & now ive bought an x2. The 6600 has a big mmc & is not backing up contacts n nbu format. Neither does it have a pc connectivity cable nor it is connecting to pc via bluetooth. It is also not supporting Phone Switch app. How to transfer contacts???

Save contacts in sim card then copy over?
