Why does my phone keep going on and off?

I took the battery in and out multiple times already but it's still the same. On April 7th, my phone ran out of battery and later that night I plugged in the charger and the loading screen appeared, but soon turned off, then goes back on and off and it keeps repeating. The next day, my phone worked normally but after my uncle called, it soon went back to going on and off again. Does anyone know what I can do besides contact my service provider or get a new phone?

All you can do is get a new phone. I have seen several models do that, usually the newer ones with faster chips.
