Imei anti blocking software

Hello,
Tom well i have a big issue i need yo urgent help.i bought a nokia n8 or n9 mobile phone in UAE(turned out to be duplicate) but have recently learned that all phones duplicate will be blocked soon.can u please help on how to avoid this blocking.it was pretty expensive for me.i have only ten days to go.
