how to cannect samsung galaxy y phone to pc using usb through kies for internet use. i have installed kies on pc , but when i cannect phone through usb cable i unablwe to found setting sfor internet cannect.

I used PDAnet to tether my phone to my laptop just to test it out. It was okay, but the internet connection depends on the 3G or 4G signal your smartphone receives.

It must be install on both phone and PC. It's been about 2 years ago since I played around with it, but it wasn't very hard to setup from what I can remember.

If your carrier does not catch tethering your phone, then you'll be okay because it will cost you nothing. However, if your carrier notices that you tethering your phone they will instantly add the monthly tethering fee to your bill. I believe it's $25 - $30 per month. The more you tether the higher the chance of your carrier catching you.
