Now if I am not mistaken, you can try contacting your local authorities and see if they can trace it down via GPS. But it is unlikely. A lot of these track down requests fall on the lines of privacy invasion, but it's worth a shot. Also contact your mobile phone provider and ask about what can be done to halt service on the phone, etc.
