Android dies overnght and wont take a charge r turn on

So last night i plugge in my android as per usual and went to bed. woke up in the middle of the night to look at email and it hadnt charged so i plugged it back in and got the battery symbol and went back to bed. woke up and it was off so i turned it on....nothing, took the battery out and blew inside the compartent for dust and stuff and put battery back. Now when i try and turn it on it buzzes multiple times and doesnt turn on...wtf?
