App's permissons in Android

hi

iam new to android.

if app like Profile's Manager , which can turn on\off Bluetooth,GPS,WIFI,Vibrate........

and this kind of App have premissos like:

"access coarse location"

"change Wifi state"

"bluetooth admin"

"modify audio settings"

"coarse location"


its only one example from many of i noticed.

so why app that only need "change" the stauts of the GPS, has access to the location??

and so on with bluetooth, wifi etc...

so Apps that only need's to switch on\off , needs only permisson to change setting but not to get info of GPS, WIFI...

Most of the Apps will want to have access to all sorts of areas and without that, they won't install. If you only knew how much Google wants to know about you and all your contacts and habits, you wouldn't have bought an Android in the first place.

Just install the ones you want and don't worry too much about the information you're handing over. In the modern world, it's hard to keep anything secret.

By the way - if no-one answers your first post, it's because they don't have an answer. I don't have one you'll think is satisfactory but at least you had one.
