Best Phone out of these?

Hi,

I'm looking for a good first phone, and i still am unsure of what to get.
My plan is unlimited talk, text and data:

I need a phone to go with it,

I still can't decide between Android and Blackberry, but i think i want a blackberry because i already have an ipod touch which i use for browsing, and i want BBM.

So here are the phones i am looking at:

So which are the best?

I will be doing a bit of everything, tethering, bbming, texting, occasionally calling, browsing,taking pictures, apps, you name it

(If you could, please pick one from each category, and then an overall winner)

You can never go wrong with the Samsung Galaxy phones. They are really well built and fast. That is my recommendation.
