Our Rules prevent us from advising on password issues in case we inadvertently help someone hack into another persons computer or 'phone.

If the 'phone has a reset button, pressing that in for ten seconds might take it back to factory settings, losing everything it has now, but if it doesn't, you need the Settings menu and you can't get to it.
