Call list and message list

my dad wants all my call list and message list from last 4 years..
n my simcard is with my dads proof only..(reliance cdma)
is it possible for him to get my call list and message list if he submit same proof and claim the complaint???

I can access a list of every call/text (not text content) from my online account with my service provider. So I'd imagine there is a way for him to get a list of numbers you've called and/or texted but only
a) the numbers (i.e. not text content)
b) if you're on a contract

If b) doesn't apply to you, its probably almost impossible to get a list, especially for a timespan of 4 years
