Need to add wifi to android tablet and can't remember wifi password used on my iPhone

Are you trying to tether your tablet to your phone, meaning having the tablet use 3G, 4G, or 4G LTE, or are you trying to connect the tablet to your home router?

WiFi password is set on your router, not on the iPhone. Go to your router setup page, should be 192.168.1.1 for most setups, you can change the password in the wifi options there. You'll need to change that password on all of your devices after that or they will loose connection.
